I've been neglecting this website lately. So I finally get around to doing some maintenance work this morning and after filtering through the 500#@#! spam messages in my inbox I see a note from kick-ass programmer and all-around nice guy, Russell. He bought a really sweet looking all black K1200R. Nice bike! It's always great to see another BMW rider in Seattle.

Thanks!

Thanks for the nice comments Paul :)
Via the links you can see some pics of the new corbin seat. I've repainted the front and tomorrow I am putting on a carbon fiber front fender (Ilmberger, to match the rear hugger), and should have some more pics soon.

What an amazing bike!! I am about to get the same bike in the green and black. This will be my first so I hope I love riding it as much as I do looking at it. I have looked at several other bikes but nothing compares to the K1200R. It has great styling as most would expect from BMW. I should have it sometime this week, maybe Tuesday. Anyway, I just wanted to pay you a compliment on your bike. It's bad-ass!! Stay safe and have fun!!

Does the paint on the engine parts hold up well? 'm looking to get my painted all black as well (i have the silver/black) and i've been warned about the paint chipping off from the heat on the engine
